Problems of human capital formation in the development of the digital economy

This article is devoted to the study of the role of human capital in the formation of the digital economy in the country and in the regions. The content of the concept of "human capital" and the role of education in the development of the quality of human capital are defined. Special attention is paid to the problems related to the production of knowledge and the formation of high-quality human capital in Russia.
