Article is devoted to the questions of construction the diagnostic models of control the onboard systems of flying machines. In the given work problems of formation the diagnostic signs for estimation the condition of control objects are considered; the decision of some questions of onboard systems diagnostics is offered. The general approaches to the decision of private problems of dynamic models synthesis are defined.
