The article examines the role of modern banking technologies in ensuring financial and economic security of the construction industry in the context of digital transformation. Key threats to the financial stability of construction companies are analyzed and the importance of digital banking, blockchain technologies, smart contracts, Big Data, artificial intelligence and integration with BIM modeling is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the practice of implementing fintech solutions in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, where the active development of the construction sector is accompanied by the digitalization of financial processes.
