Formation problems of grain market infrastructure in Russia

In the modern conditions, dynamic and efficient development of the grain market and its infrastructure is not only a prerequisite of the solution of the majority of financial and production problems, but also way of coordination of purposes in scales of all economy on sustained economic growth. Efficient functioning of the grain market assumes a harmonious combination of interests of his managing manufacturing subjects, suppliers, processors and consumers. At preservation of positive dynamics of development of production of grain crops in Russia and increase in lands in agricultural purpose under grain possible increase in bulk collecting up to 120-125 million tons, and export of grain to 45 and more than one million tons. The most important condition of increase in investment appeal of agrarian sector and expansion of global competitive advantages of Russia in the food markets is development of elevator capacities, transport and port infrastructure of domestic market of grain, and also increase in export grain potential of the Russian Federation. In increase in competitiveness of domestic grain production the defining part is assigned to proportional development of commodity distribution infrastructure. Perfecting of storage, primary processing, transportation, realization of grain will promote stable functioning of the market of grain. The research subject includes solution complexes of the next tasks: - to open a substance of infrastructure of the grain market, basic categories and to define features of its influence on the grain market; - to give an assessment of a condition of grain production and infrastructure of the grain market and to define the directions and proportions of development of storage, transportation, processing, realization of grain taking into account scales of grain production; - to prove the priority directions of development of infrastructure of the market taking into account the prospects of expansion of production, processing and realization of grain; - to prove offers on the state support and regulation of the market of grain and its infrastructure.
