Issues of formation of foreign language competences at first year students of the Institute of foreign languages of VSSPU with the understated level of language skills development

There are considered the issues that students with poor progress in foreign language study face. There are given the reasons for the lack of foreign language competences formation at school leavers, and shown the possible ways of solving the issue of teaching the students with the understated level of language grounding and formation of language competence.
