Problems of formation of the institute of civil service in Russia

This article is devoted to the study of the problems of forming the institution of public service in the Russian Federation as a public administration apparatus. Since public service is one of the most important pillars of statehood, its importance for the structure of society is difficult to overestimate. This determines the relevance of the chosen research topic.
