Organization capital formation problems

The article is devoted to the main problems of organization capital formation, which are solved by financial managers of any commercial company. The sources of capital formation and the features of their use are considered. The relationship between the capital structure of the organization and the profitability of its activities is shown. The article systematizes the main provisions taken into account when forming the organization’s capital. A set of factors is proposed that affect the optimal ratio of borrowed and own sources of organization capital formation.
