Problems of forming the political process in modern Russia

The article reviews and evaluates the political process in Russia. Great attention is paid to the activity of the state as the main subject of the political process. A number of problems and flaws emerging in the course of forming the political process are picked out. The article points out the possibility of negative consequences while realizing ineffective and untargeted policy of the state. The analysis of forming and realizing the political process in postwar Germany, its experience is of real interest to Russia.
