Today the development of the agro-industrial complex is an important factor affecting on the economic stability, independence and welfare of the country's population. The main condition for solving the problems of the industry is the balanced development of all its spheres. One of the positive mechanisms of a market economy is investment policy. The implementation of innovative activity depends on the achievements in the scientific and technical sphere of agro-industrial production, on the availability of scientific and production and labor potential, on the formation of adequate agrarian and innovation policies at all levels.
