Matters of formation of the objects construction cost at various stages of the investment and construction projects implementation

The article deals with the methods of estimating the cost of construction at various stages of investment and construction projects. The purpose of the study is to develop new and refine the existing mechanisms and methods of estimating the cost of construction at different stages of implementation of investment-and-construction projects. The authors of the article solve the following problems: the existing methods of valuation at different stages of implementation of investment and construction projects in Russian and foreign practice are considered; the analysis of relevant matters of cost estimation at various stages of the investment and construction projects implementation is carried out; some recommendations on formation of the construction cost offered. The system of monitoring of prices for construction resources (cost elements) should be automated and digitalized as much as possible; it also has to be accessible and easy to use when applying prices for construction resources for all the participants of the investment-and-construction project construction...
