Problems of forming management teams in modern Russian enterprises

The article deals with the problems associated with the formation of management teams in modern Russian enterprises. Special attention is paid to the advantages of team building, approaches to team formation, and the role of leaders in this process. A historical excursion to the system of management decisions of the Soviet time is made.
