Problems in the functioning Russia's pension system

In this article, the authors analyze the problems that arise in the course of the functioning of the Pension system of Russia at the present day. Despite the ongoing reforms in the field of pensions, the deficit of the Fund of the Russian Federation cannot be overcome, and the level of pension payments is still far from the indicators, established by developed countries. The implementation of the Government's plans to rise the retirement age has marked the creation of new difficulties that hamper the process of Russia's entry into the number of economically strong states. The study identified the most promising ways to solve the appeared problems.
