Problems of the functioning of the territorial foundation of chiefs in modern conditions (on the example of TEFOMS of the Yaroslav region)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Yaroslavl territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance. The article specifies the documents fixing the legal basis for the activities of the TFOMS, their tasks and functions, and also the analysis of the revenue and expenditure components of the TFOMS budget. As a result of the budget analysis, the budget deficit was identified and the main ones related to the fund's activities were identified, the reasons for the increase in financial resources aimed at paying for medical care in 2017, 2018, 2019 were determined.
