The article examines the impact of globalization on the Russian economy. Global companies operating in the global market, are subject to increasing pressure of global competition, which forces them to look for ways to reduce costs and improve the quality of products and services to remain competitive. So one of the ways the impact of globalization on the Russian economy is the transnationalization of production, trade and banking.
