Issues of public-private partnership in Russia

Joint business management and decision-making on socially important issues of public services and the private sector is quite important, including in the history of the Russian Federation. It is a kind of alternative way of privatization of special socially important objects, which also have strategic importance in performance of functions of the state. However, in Russia, it is interpreted in different ways, which becomes one of the problems of the development of this type of partnership, together with the problems of financing, state regulation and others.
