Problems of state regulation and management of rest and health of children in a difficult life situation and ways of their solution (on the example of the department of culture of the city of Moscow)

In the publication on the example of the city of Moscow, the problems of state regulation of recreation and rehabilitation of children in difficult life situations are considered. It is stated that in recent years the system of organizing recreation and rehabilitation of children in difficult life situations in the city of Moscow has undergone extremely significant transformations made with the emphasis on meeting this need directly in children in difficult life situations and taking into account the possibility of maximum de-bureaucratization and digitalization in this area. The presence of persistent problems, including the imperfection of the legislation, the lack of a system for integrated monitoring and registration of children in the TGS, an individual approach to assessing the need for rest, formalism and bureaucracy in management, is noted; practical solutions are offered.
