Problems of state regulation of land relations

At the present stage of development of the Russian state, some problems of legal regulation of state administration in the field of land relations remain unresolved. An analysis of recent changes in the land legislation of the Russian Federation allows us to identify a number of the most pressing problems and gaps that arise in the implementation of state regulation of land relations, as well as to identify some trends in its development. Considering that the issue of improvement and trends in the legal regulation of land relations, as well as legal support in Russia is relevant today, the following work was carried out within the framework of this article. The features of the legal regulation of land and property relations are considered. A contradiction or duplication of legal norms was revealed. The concept of "land management system" and the mechanism of its impact are disclosed. The experience of economically developed foreign countries is analyzed. The relationship between the effective implementation of the main state functions of land management has been determined. Topical issues of modern Russia in the field of land relations are outlined. Some proposals have been developed to improve the regulatory and legal support of this sphere in the conditions of modern Russia.
