Problems of state policy of counteraction to tax crimes

This paper sets out the concepts of tax, tax crime, state policy to counter tax crimes, its purpose, objectives. The problems of the implementation of this tax policy and their causes are considered. The influence of globalization and foreign economic and political processes on the tax mechanism of the country is also displayed.
