Issues of state registration ownership on transformed immovable property

The article examines the legal status and problems arising in the state registration of transformed immovable objects. As a result of the analysis of the regulatory framework, the author reveals contradictions in the Russian registration system and concludes that they are the cause of the main problems, without whose permission it is impossible to reliably determine the legal nature of such objects, which is necessary when registering ownership of these objects.
