Problems of civil legal regulation turnover of agricultural land

Article reveals some of the problems of civil-legal regulation of agricultural lands. Showing reasons for the low efficiency of their use in Russia, the necessity of non-mortgage of the land and building the institutional structure, which performed on the contents of its tasks in the sphere of protection and use of agricultural land would satisfy the interests of the majority of the population.
