Problems and concepts of formation of strategy of increasing military and economic potential and factors of its development in Russia

The article identified the issues of management of regional socio-economic processes as drivers for improving military-economic potential, in particular the formation of strategy for socioeconomic development of subjects of the Russian Federation within the boundaries of the selected regions, according to the author of the article needs to introduce such methodological approaches to the formation of regional strategies of socio-economic development that will allow us to move from expert qualitative characteristics to quantitative indicators.
