Problems and directions for improving cashless payments

The article analyzes the current problems of using non-cash payments in the Russian Federation, as well as possible ways to improve this area. Attention is focused on the inadequacy of legal regulation in Russia of the electronic money circulation system, as a result of this, a sufficiently large turnover of cash is carried out in the country, which limits economic growth. The necessity of increasing the use of the clearing system in Russia is considered and substantiated.
