Problems and trends of strategic planning for development of territorial entities

Methods for strategic planning of territorial development allowing in the shortest period of time solving problems of its external integration into the environment as well as elimination of internal disintegration of different groups of population are described in the article. After the example of a municipal district the process of the formation of the road map out of projects providing planned process of the desired results achievement in the conditions of the post-crisis situation are considered.
