Problems and imperfections of the compulsory motor liability insurance market

The article presents study results of insurance activities in the field of compulsory insurance of motor liability in the Magadan branch of the Insurance joint stock company “VSK”. According to the results of the analysis of a number of indicators, some problems are identified associated with the legal regulation of this type of activity. The authors propose a set of measures to address them. It is also recommended to carry out measures to improve this type of activity.
