Problems and main tools for the development of leasing of agricultural machinery in the Altai territory

The study examines the relevance of the development of agricultural machinery leasing in the Altai Territory, emphasizing its importance for the modernization of the agricultural sector and increasing its competitiveness. The key problems are highlighted, such as lack of financing, high cost of equipment, difficulties with registration of transactions, lack of qualified personnel and risks associated with changes in legislation. Recommendations for their solution are offered, including government support, the development of financial instruments, simplification of the transaction processing process, staff training and forecasting changes in legislation. The implementation of these measures will create favorable conditions for the development of leasing of agricultural machinery in the Altai Territory.
