Problems and perspective approaches to organization of the municipal development in Russia

This paper explores the most pressing problems of the municipalities at the present stage. The authors analyze and summarize national and international experience, give the scientific basis of the principles of the system of effective channels of communication between municipalities and investors, as well as the consolidation of municipal resources. The paper proposes ways and forms of organization of effective interaction between the authorities and the business community in an interactive environment, with increased transparency at not only the municipal, but also at the regional and federal levels. The operators of municipal development, such as local authorities, business and the scientific community should coordinate such cooperation.
