The conditions of realization of the process of digitalization of the regional economy are studied in the article using the methods of economic analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, system, situational, correlation analysis. The complex of problems hindering the development of the digital economy in the Kemerovo region is defined. The ways for improving the conditions and enhancing the processes of digitalization of the economy are identified.
