Problems and prospects of functioning and development of energy enterprises

The article reveals the features of the technological process of production of electric and thermal energy, determines the place of energy enterprises in the functioning of the energy infrastructure of territorial clusters. The problems that arise in the electric power industry and have, first of all, an anthropogenic nature, and the consequences: economic, environmental, social, and others. The directions of their solution are proposed, including the creation of the necessary favorable conditions for the normal functioning of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. The recommended measures contribute to the development of the ability of energy enterprises to provide economically justified domestic demand for energy resources; efficient use of energy resources, preventing additional costs; ensuring the stability of energy enterprises to external and internal conditions.
