Problems and prospects of using an individual digital profile to improve the social policy of the region

In this article, the authors solve the issue of forming and acquiring an individual profile of an individual in the fight against the problem of high-level social policy. The place of the individual profile of a citizen in the process of compiling ordinary citizenship was determined. In modern conditions, information about every person living on the territory of our country is found in various information bodies of state bodies that have expressed information about a person, but depending on the principle and method of communication, information is not available. Formation of an individual profile allows to solve this problem. The author also considered the foreign experience of using such countries as the People's Republic of China, the United States of America, and England. The article highlights the practical measuring ability to use an individual profile, the main advantages and prospects for using this tool. In addition, the authors consider the risk of using this tool and highlight the problems that prevent its use. For example, in connection with the collection of interdepartmental workflow flows, it is possible to identify errors and threats in relation to the collected private information. For example, the risk of interference by government and outsiders in a person's personal life.
