In modern conditions of total digitalization of all management and production processes, the issue of working with personnel is one of the most relevant and complex. The widespread introduction of computer technology places higher demands on skills and qualifications for company personnel. New directions, new systems come to the aid of specialists engaged in the selection of personnel, new methods are being developed. One of these methods is to work with staff by promoting an HR brand through social media marketing. The article outlines the main goals and problems in the process of working with personnel through SMM are identified, the advantages and disadvantages of innovative and traditional methods of working with personnel are identified. A personnel selection matrix has been compiled, examples of the use of various methods in domestic and foreign companies are given.
