Problems and prospects of ensuring of legislation unity in the Russian Federation

The article deals with such concepts as: systematization, codification, national legislation system, a single Code of laws. The authors conclude that there may be more rational interpretation of these concepts. Particular attention is given to the value of codification of legal acts in order to ensure the unity of the Russian legislation and the adoption of the Federal Law “Concerning normative legal acts of the Russian Federation”. The authors' conclusions may be implemented in the law enforcement practices.
