Problems and prospects of building an economy of innovation in resource-oriented region

The current state of the organization of production activities in an increasing number of sectors of the economy, both in the country as a whole and in relation to each specific region, convincingly indicates that one of the determining factors for their successful functioning and further development in the current constantly changing economic conditions is the presence of a clear strategy modernization and transformation of the entire complex of industries, as well as the scientific and educational base, taking into account the entry of our civilization into the sixth technological order. And on how timely, tactically and strategically verified, consistently implemented will be the goals and methods of this plan (development strategy), in general, the place that will be allotted to each subject of the future post-industrial structure of the world economy depends. It is this circumstance that predetermined the main goals and relevance of the topic of this study.
