Problems and prospects of interests representation: development of parliamentarism in modern Russia

In modern society the authorities have taken some measures to regulate the party system, that call to strengthen influence and role of political parties. But these reforms are non-uniquely estimated by Russian researchers. These novelties have limited the Russian party area and they decrease real electoral competition. Taking it into consideration, the article deals with the necessity of taking measures to improve the mechanism of political representation according to the transition to proportional electoral system.
