Problems and prospects of development of the antimonopoly legislation

The article examines the problems in the field of Antimonopoly legislation at the present stage in the Russian Federation and proposes some measures aimed at their resolution. The article is devoted to the main activities of the Antimonopoly authority, coordination of monopolies in the market, as well as the analysis of gaps in the Antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation. The scientific article reveals the reasons, suggests potential solutions to specific problems and improvement of the Antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation at the present stage of its development.
