Problems and prospects for the development of the Russian oil industry

The article discusses the development of the Russian oil industry, the prospects of increasing the share of Russian oil in the world market and the rational use of oil resources. The main factors affecting the development prospects of the Russian oil industry are also considered. The data on oil production are given from 2009 to 2016, according to which a conclusion was reached on the accelerated growth of oil production.
