Problems and perspectives for development of agriculture in Russia and Eastern Siberia in market conditions

The process of the transition to the market relations in agriculture of Russia and Eastern Siberia is analysed in the article. Special attention is paid to the reforming of property relations and economy management system. Positive and negative tendencies of the transition period are considered. Conditions and perspectives for the transition of agriculture to progressive evolution are defined.
