Problems and prospects of the Republic of chi Adygea

One of the strategic tasks in the MLA is to provide citizens’ constitutional right to free medical care. To this end, the Russian government approved a program of state guarantees of the Russian Federation citizens free medical care. This program for the first time at the level of the normative document introduces the concept of capitation financing of health care.
