Problems and prospects of development of trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and Latin American countries in the context of the pandemic

The article deals with trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and Latin American countries, analyzes the indicators of exports and imports of Latin American countries in relation to the Russian Federation, and also presents the main imported goods by Russia from Latin American countries. The results of the study showed that currently, in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, there are a number of problems that require immediate resolution. The prospects for the development of trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and Latin American countries were also identified, which allow us to conclude that after the end of the coronavirus pandemic, these countries will continue effective and mutually beneficial cooperation.
