The problems and prospects of the development of transport logistics: federal and regional level

The study is based on the application of the method of analysis and syn- thesis of scientific literature, using electronic resources, reveals the basic no- tion of transport logistics, points to major problems in economic system, and outlines the most perspective direction of the development. Logistics has in- troduced fundamental changes in the previous administration in the period of transition to market relations, the reform of the property and the emer- gence of cooperative enterprises, business partnerships and other organiza- tional forms businesses, and has prompted organizers to improve the func- tions of business management. Unlike marketing and management as man- agement tools, logistics has no explicit conceptual clearance with regard to its content and scope of optimum application. The assessment of the effec- tiveness and necessity of individual forms and methods of logistics at specific enterprises makes difficult using a broad range of its objectives, functions, and objects of use, however relationship between logistics management and marketing are not sufficiently identified to achieve high competitiveness...
