Problems and prospects of tourism development in the Krasnodar region

The scientific article examines the current state of tourism development in the Krasnodar Territory both during the pre-pandemic period and during restrictive measures related to the spread of a new coronavirus infection. As a result of the study, the main factors limiting the economic development of tourism in the studied region are identified. As a result, measures are proposed to enable the economic tourism entities of the region to function effectively, which will lead to mitigation of the negative consequences of the crisis situation.
