Problems and prospects of the implementation of public diplomacy of the Republic of Korea in the Russian Federation for 2022

Today we can observe how the foreign policy vector of states is changing in achieving their national interests. In the current realities of international relations, forces are shifting to the Asia-Pacific region. The Republic of Korea is a center of public diplomacy and an illustrative example of successful tools for the implementation of "soft power" not only on the territory of Russia, but also with neighboring states. This paper analyzes the public diplomacy of the Republic of Korea in Russia and identifies the main problems and prospects for the implementation of Korean public diplomacy.
