Challenges and prospects of increase in the number of population in the remote territories by case study of the Kuril islands

The article discusses the challenges and prospects of increase in the number of population in the remote regions of our planet by case study of the Kuril Islands. The author analyzes domestic and foreign experience in this field and makes suggestions for solving this national problem.
