Social development: problems and prospects of interaction between business and the state

Sustainable development of the state is a multifaceted and polycentric process, in which social development requires special attention. Russian companies and the state have accumulated experience in this area; however, a unified systematic approach has not been formed at the national level. The recognition of ESG standards in Russia, as well as the introduction into strategic development programs of the state and corporations, has given rise to several problems that, according to the unanimous opinion of all interested parties, should be solved on the basis of cooperation between the state and business, through the development of social partnership formats on mutually beneficial terms.
