Problems and ways of improving activities of servants of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia on establishing administrative supervision over persons released from prisons

In the context of the further development of the rule-of-law state in modern Russia, many issues become more actual, among them the matters related to the integrated interdisciplinary institution of administrative supervision over persons released from places of deprivation of liberty and its practical implementation through organizational and management activities of correctional and intake officers of the Federal Penitentiary Service. In its turn, this situation makes it necessary to improve the mechanism of activities of officials of the penal correction system for preparing and sending to court documents necessary to establish administrative supervision. At the same time, the problems of practical implementation of the legislative requirements on administrative supervision in facilities and bodies of the penal correction system require special research attention. It is connected with the need to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of this area of activity of facilities and bodies of the penal correction system and is becoming a high-priority task of the present day.
