Problems and objectives of manufacturing process management in industrial sector of Kuban and Stavopol territories and their realization in the end of 1930's

The article deals with industrial development of agricultural regions of the country in the days of the third five-year plan and its specific features. The importance of raw material and fuel sources of Kuban and Stavropol Territories for the economy of the country is noted. The problems of manufacturing process management are analyzed as well as issues of workplace discipline at enterprises. The process of expansion of production for the purpose of manufacturing more consumer goods and construction materials is revealed. The achievements of manufacturing establishments in the pre-war years are depicted. Tasks of the national economic complex of Krasnodar and Stavropol territories were, without exaggeration, grandiose. Of course, the main emphasis was placed on the agricultural sector, the development of fuel and raw material base, based on the full and peaceful conclusion of the third five-year plan. And the workers of the Kuban and Stavropol, overcoming various production problems, creating industry in the special conditions of agricultural regions. Thus, the space included in the decision key common to the whole country problems. Plans for development of the industry would be met, it acquires a "second wind" and a new look. But the creative work and the achieved results were interrupted by the Great Patriotic War.
