Problems of information support of accounting human capital enterprises

The article raises the problem of information management of human capital of the enterprise. The authors have developed practical recommendations for the organization of management accounting in order to account for and manage human capital. It is proposed to use advanced analytical accounting for personnel costs in management accounting.
