Problems of the innovation process in a government institution

The authors identified problems created by patent protection in a government institution scientific and technical solutions and the use of patented inventions. Analyzed the organization of scientific and technical activity treasury health care «Health part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Kemerovo region». Made suggestions on the use of the creative potential of public institutions in the development of the innovation process. Concluded that effective support innovation in such institutions government agencies, primarily the founders, will contribute to the acceleration of scientific and technological innovation development in Russia.
