Innovation development problems of the investment and construction activities of the region

The study presents research on the innovative development of the investment and construction activities of the Amur region, and highlights the factors that affect its state. The identified reasons show that innovative development in construction has become problematic in recent years. The most common innovations in construction and the reasons that limit and slow down innovation in the construction industry are considered. When making a decision to introduce innovations, a construction company should proceed from the trends of economic activity, understanding the need for changes, and the readiness of the company's personnel for this. Under a free market economy all practical measures in this area should focus on improving the competitiveness of the construction company and making a profit.
