Problems of the institute of surrogacy in Russia

The current Institute of surrogacy in Russia is analyzed, the judicial practice on registration of children born by surrogate mothers is considered. Discuss some of the problems of the subjective part of the contractual relations arising in the implementation of the program of surrogate motherhood. In order to protect the rights of the child, it is proposed to conclude a tripartite agreement with the participation of the guardianship authority and to legislate the requirements for potential parents.
