Problems of investment and ways attraction of investments in small to medium businesses in Odessa

Based on statistical data analysis and opinions of authoritative scholars on the issue of the authors we studied and described the main problems of attracting investment flows to small and medium business in Odessa. It presents data the investment attractiveness of Odessa and the possible prospects of development of investment activity. Provided recommendations about how to reform the executive branch in general and relationships in particular to investors.
